Whole family came and got an assortment of milk teas and coffee based drinks. Came out very quick, quality was on point, and it was easily better than anything i've had in the area. Talked to the owner, the tapioca pearls take 2 & 1/2 hours to make and you can taste/feel it. The teas are ACTUALLY tea based and not the fake powder stuff which i very much appreciate. There's a bunch of tables outside to sit at so it's not just a take out spot. Can definitely come with friends and family to sit down to chill out. I personally got the thai tea as a benchmark to compare to competitors in the greater area and it passed my test with flying colors. I will definitely be a regular here as time goes on.
